| well the 21 gun salute is not just for burials, they are used at the ingauration of the president, it is the highest honor that anyone can recieve, besides the medal of honor. I really love your thoughts, the first time i acctually heard the song was sung for the 60th anniversery of the Korean war. It has a beautiful message, that can fit into almost any life. It is not just about how "patriotic" someone is or isn't, but an experience that changed a point of view. | |
