I thought this was an awesome song until I listened to the lyrics. It sounds to me like the guy's a born-again Christian singing about being saved *YAWN!!*. Way to suck the balls out of the song! "Contradictions clearly state, I'm never gonna find you before it's too late". The bible is full of contradictions, but the basic message is "do what I say or you're doomed" (too late). "Talk to me brother, show me how to see" sounds like someone's converting him. "I have found another man willing to believe in me"... Sounds like he's talking about Jesus. "Can you hear the higher sound? You follow on before it's too late". To me this roughly translates to "Can't you hear god telling you to follow him? You'd better do what he wants before you end up going to hell!" |
