| Soilwork going emo? ...wtf are you on man? In case you had not noticed, (I doubt you had.) this song comes from their DEBUT album. I dont see how they could be going emo if this was one of the first songs Soilwork made??? Do you think they are still emo? I would say FAR from it. They arent heartless, but they certainly arent emo. Their only emo song that actually went mainstream imo was EXILE from Sworn to a Great Divide... I liked that song at first, but now it just seems way to Poppy and aimed at 13 year old girls and boys wanting to be bad-ass by listening to metal. | |

You are an idiot. The original name was INFERIOR BREED. Not just BREED. Soilwork is not racist. Strid has lost (I am pretty sure at least most of) his hair. It would look AWFUL if he did not shave his head. He is not a nazi. The name SOILWORK refers to working from the ground up in the development of their band, NOT Genesis. The final solution in this case is suicide... though I don't understand who would be the one saying, don't you be so cold. |

The song is about self-righteous religious hypocrites. "They play divine as immortal sons" Christians see themselves as "Children of God." There is a comment about George Bush- I don't agree with it, but he is a good example of the "liars" that the crazed Christian fanatics praise... mostly "rednecks" or "Southerners" in the USA. (I suppose you could add Palin or the dutch politician, Wilders, to that list of people now too.) "As long as you have nothing to add, they run the show" I don't know what Strid's experiences were with people like this, but I think this can refer to the superior attitude that hardcore church-going Christians often have towards non-church goers.
