Good song and pretty obvious what it's about. He loved a woman so much but he just didn't want to marry her so she got tired of waiting and moved on and now it's killing him to know that she won't ever be his again. |

This is one of my favorite songs on the album along with Not Afraid. Rihanna knows exactly what the hell she is singing about. I agree she isn't interesting BUT that does not mean she isn't a good singer. Her hook adds a whole new level of emotion to the song I think. |

I think this song has the same kind of message as the song Black Dahlia by Hollywood Undead. He feels extremely hurt because he was cheated on. He still loves this girl but he just doesn't want anything to do with her, even though she says she is sorry. "I left you, crying and screaming my name" (My interpretation of that lyric in the song...maybe he does say I love you. Either way you get that he still has feelings for this woman he just can't get over them because he was lied to so many times).
Another part I feel gives away the fact he was cheated on is the line "You said that we'd be forever...How could you kill me and lie to my face?"
My thoughts on this song...I love this song though. Very strong and powerful :) |

B.o.B.'s and Eminem's verses both talk about their struggles they went through to get to where they are at today. The chorus that is sung by Hayley Williams from Paramore fits with this song perfectly by saying that even though you may look up and wish upon a shooting star, if you work hard, you'll be able to get out of that hard place you're in right now.
This song is very good with some very powerful lyrics. Nice job!!! :D |

Deuce seems to be singing about an ex or maybe a family member who did something so hurtful to him, he won't even go to their funeral anymore. He used to tell this person how he would always be there for them, but after what they did, he doesn't want to be anymore. |
