Am I seriously the only one who got the Illuminati meaning out of this song? The Rain Man always represents Satan and in this case the Music Industry. Rihanna's album, and a line in this song was about calling her the "Good Girl Gone Bad". The music Industry forces her from "Little Miss Sunshine" to the Bad Girl. Even in real life Rihanna went from cute little Barbadian beauty to "Edgy" Satanic superstar. "Took an Oath, I'mma stick it out 'til the end" "We Roca'fella" (An allusion to one of the wealthiest familes in the world and part of the illuminti, the Rockerfellers) "You're part of my entity" and the fact that Jay-Z is featured in this song help prove my point. Like many of her songs there are many different meanings that could be used. 1)It is the fear of alcohol/ addiction. She's said in interviews that it is about her addiction with alcohol. "I touch myself" She is checking her pulse to make sure she's alright. 2) That being said I think it's more about a lesbian crush on a best friend. They are very open with each other and the best friend thinks shes knows all her secrets except this one. I think the chorus "Happy in the club with a bottle of red wine... stars in our eyes cuz we're having a good time" Maybe the best friend is promiscuous with her and with all her supressed lesbian love she can finally be herself and the best friend loves her back even if it's ot real. In Elle magazine she states it's about masturbating to a woman. 3)Narcissism I've read somewhere thta it is a sort of one sided love song about herself as she touches herself drinks.... 4)Vanity- She hates the way she looks so she "touches herself" as in checking how she looks, fiddling with her hair etc. However, on the rare occasion she likes the way she looks she is "so happy i could die" This is the one I relate to.^^^ Hope I helped:) |

According to wikipedia Justin Furstenfeld has bi-polar disorder which could also be supported with the voicemail at the beginning of the song when is mother mentioned his medications. | |
