To me, this song is saying that even if you love someone, when you are with them you give up the opportunity to be in other relationships that could also be awesome. That's what I think she's getting at when she says "suppose I never ever met you, suppose we never fell in love." what would have happened if we had never been together? Would I be with someone else? I think these questions are the voices and the sounds she hears in her head. |

I think this song is about getting so caught up in drinking/partying that every night is just the same and starts to run together. Like those people who are only really happy when they're drunk and during the week they're just waiting for the weekend so they can go out and party. |

gahhhh, I love Julia. I relate to this song a lot, it reminds me of this guy I go to school with who I don't really know. Even though I don't know him at all, I have a semi crush on him, and I like to watch him and he's just fascinating to me.
