I really like this interpretation, as i had a similar idea in mind/like to really interpret karen o from rand's perspective, however I'm only limited to the experience of The Fountainhead. Needless to say, i feel like its a person who is untied by society. There is a great quote by Ayn Rand that is, "The slave-master relationship is a noose tied at both ends." Which essentially means that people who subordinate others and those who are subordinated/allow themselves (from her philosophical perspective) to be subordinated essentially choke the creative live force--the force which essentially makes humans human--out of you. Needless to say, a "zero" could be someone who essentially "doesn't keep score" so to speak. Which is to say that they do not follow anything other than the beat of their own drummer. |
