Here's what I think. This girl knew she had feeling about this, I have to think its another girl...because of term "sisters" she knew she was close to her but did not know how close until the jealous thing comes up,hollow to me is trying to come to terms of the feeling that she has about this other women ..because it has her all mix up/ Like catch me drinking from your wine. I think this song can mean what ever you want it to mean....but to me its about being so attracted to someone and leading them on. I think its about someone who is in a relationship that flirted and came on to someone and this person met needs that she partner didn't and they keep going back for more but the person who she firted with fell in love....and it apear that the singer is saying so could she and she could be the next to fall...if she hadn't already. I do think is about love and relationship and addiction of how you can get addicted to a person...just like a drug....People, places and things is....(drug addiction)! But to me it more about feeling & love like all songs!!! Just my take |

Well, tynkerbelle I think you hit the nail on the head....its about getting back of someone that she loved who hurt her. She felt that her lover cheated on her"all your sisters want to fly around my golden sky" to me they all wanted whated to have or had what she had her lover. "Just because you feel hollow inside is real"...I think she is saying now you know how I feel...felt....she does use the break up to her advantage...she wanted revenage....Catch me drinking of your wine" = She's going to give him a taste of his own medicine. Funny I know someone just like this.....damn. |

Here's my take...what if the women in a terrible relationship with a man that had total control over her money and they children but the woman falls in love with either a man or women. She can't leave because of the kids and if its a women who she in love with and the women is open in her sexuality(forbidden) then it would be hard having children...you say the words that can't could mean because she feel so guilty she can't say I love you so the other person has to do all the commuication maybe....and it could be the words that its over....the hurting someone else could be the family for if she left it would change so much... Thats my take on the whole...thing. Being a women I can't imagine tiring up my children just because I was in love..... |

My take on this song is that its about a couple that for some reason can not be together, song said "when you work it out I want it too"..I think both are either married or one is married and the other is not.....that is what I think its talking about fall from grace or it could be a gay person and person that is in the closet that want to be with the openly gay person. They both are in love and want to be together but something stands in the way....."Also were do we draw the line".....where or what the rules or boundries. IT started out as an attraction and then they fell in love...."honey honey I am sorry I wasted your time"....It clear that one one of the two wanted more but the other one is in a relationship by the statement "when you work it out" but the later the other one said "when we work it out"...meaning they want to work it out too....just my take on the song. |

I think you can say its about heroin...but i don't think so. I think its about someone who falls for a girl but is afraid to let her in because he is afraid of getting hurt. So, they are saying let down you guard and go for it...."you found her now go out and get her"Fear can make you a prisoner. Its about taking a risk...how do you know unless you try... Like all songs the meaning can be what you feel that it is to you..... Personally I think its one of Pauls best and I love the song. Thats my take. |
