I think this song is about 2 people, one being a guy that's crazily in love with a girl, but she doesn't know it. Maybe they're close friends? I see the lines; 'Don't get offended If I seem absent minded Just keep telling me facts And keep making me smile' ..as though the guy and the girl are talking but he's not listening to a word she says (absent minded), and is just smiling, because he's too busy thinking about how amazing she is/how much he loves her. Also, he doesn't want to tell her because she's 'so scared of romance', and thinks it would ruin their friendship. It describes my feelings a lot at the moment. Great song though <3 |
