i agree with the Jesus perspective but not the whole purgatory/afterlife. i think it refers to Jesus dying for our sins and how we still refuse to accept him in our lives. "Remember me? I gave you life *(eternal life in heaven) You would not take it (committed to sin) Your suffering was all in vain (suffering for our own sins) It's almost over now (we all die eventually) Don't turn your back on paradise" (Heaven or hell...you decide) that's just my take on it... |
