Also, I think that the line "Whose wind came roaring in" is in fact "Whose wind came BLOWIN' in", which is a reference to the Bob Dylan song Blowin' in the Wind. |

This is a beautiful song. And yes, I believe too that it is about Bob Dylan, it's pretty obvious in my opinion.
Also, the line which everyone is discussing could indeed be "You were wet with sweat", it really sounds like she's singing that, and it I think it fits with the verse. In that verse she's describing seeing Dylan live ("And you sang the song I was screaming" etc) and therefore it could very well be the line that he was wet with sweat. I think it fits perfectly. :)
