Blink-182 – Man Overboard Lyrics 15 years ago
From what I understand, yes, it is about their first drummer, Scott. Stories vary as to whether he had to go to rehab for alcoholism or he went back to college(more likely the latter). But it is generally the story of the end of a friendship because of alcoholism, and describes some of the sadder and more heart-wrenching moments of just when you knew it was over. This is coming from someone that lost his father as a friend because of alcohol. I will always love him, but just about every image in this song evokes one of the reasons I stopped liking my father as a friend. Rarely being sober, useless promises, shots without chasers, leaving bars without your own father because you knew he would just embarrass you...I urge all of you to be careful of what you do, because you never know who you are hurting with your actions

Blink-182 – I Miss You Lyrics 15 years ago
I've kind of been going back and forth between whether or not they're talking about a dead relationship or a dead person. Then I figured, it's two different singers singing two independently made verses, isn't it possible it could be both? I feel like Mark is talking about the death of a loved one, and Tom is talking about a dead relationship, but it is the chorus that ties the two together. Dead lover or dead relationship, both Tom and Mark are saying that they don't need to be with the person, because she is all that they think about. The refrain "I Miss You, Miss You" ties it together at the simplest level, in that, although their experiences may be different, it is about two men who miss a girl terribly

Die Toten Hosen – Hier Kommt Alex Lyrics 15 years ago
Untelix is right, I found someone that managed to give a loose translation of the lyrics, and it is essentially about the movie "A Clockwork Orange"
