i very much agree with chunx69. reading through these comments i was so confused because everything that said they thought it was about something interpreted the lyrics to fit what they each thought it was so well that i didn't know which was right or even close to it. but so many people said it was about his grandma and after reading chunx69's interpretation, i very much believe that and feel like it makes sense. :o |

So...if this song is about sex, what's the random party about in the music video? I love The Audition but that music video kind of disappointed me. They posted it in a blog and people were commenting saying they loved it, but when I saw it I was like, "yeah, danny looks attractive, like always, but what's so amazing about this?" Their /other/ videos worked the song into its contents somehow. This seems like they were just struggling for ideas and chose a random party because it'd be easy to do seeing as tons of people would be more than willing to shoot it. Or at least that's how it seems, in comparison to their other videos. Oh well, I love The Audition. :] And this isn't a change to their music style so it doesn't matter. Haha. |
