This song used to spook me. I was going through a rough patch last year and watched the movie 'the exorcisim of emily rose', I used to sleep with my ipod next to me. Until it started waking me up at 3:00 in the morning - playing this song. At first I thought nothing of it, but then I became skeptical of it when it happened a few times in a row (always playing the same song). Funny thing was.. It was always switched off and on hold. Weird eh?? BUT it's a good song!!!! |

"Dancing dirt into the snow" is, in other words, bottling up one's emotions and building four walls around themself. It's like rubbing salt into an open wound. You can't face the problems at hand, so you push them aside and continue pretending that everything is fine though you know it's not. And "the more you push through broken glass, the thicker it becomes" is like the more you ignore the problem, the bigger the problem becomes and the harder it becomes to handle. And then at times the more you supress emotions and problems rather than talking about them or doing something about them, you may find it all too much then fall apart and then the only possible way out you see.. Is a gun. That's what I think.. |
