Mindless Self Indulgence – You'll Rebel to Anything (As Long as It's Not Challenging) Lyrics

The worst thing about you people commenting is that you don't understand. Most emo kids are not really emo. It's a fashion statement. But there are some real emo kids out there.Ones that don't slit their wrists or wear clothes that are painfully tight, but write beautiful poetry and are kind and quiet , even though they live in sadness. My friends are beginning to think I am emo and get mad everytime I sigh. |

Fall Out Boy – This Ain't a Scene, It's an Arms Race Lyrics

I disagree with some of people's interpretations. I think he means that these days, people fight alot over music. whatever someone has someone else thinks theirs is better. so, by supplying people with music, they are giving them some form of weaponry.for example, I like rock music of all sorts, i disagree with many people that listen to rap music (cause it sucks). It's the same principal, whoever has stronger (better) music wins. |

So.....how many of you heard this song for the first time on guitar hero. These days people are so lame, they need video games to find good music. ( I am guilty of that myself but only
for little bands like the hold steady and black mountain) |

I give kudos to songrwriters because some have souls. in this case, not so much. this song can apply to many different things but to me, this song means nothing. it's like this song was spit out of a dictionary and vaguely made sense. the music? More of our rap crap disguised as pop rock
( Mmmmmm.... Pop Rocks) |

I think i speak for all of the nerd rock fans when
I say that I love this song.
To answer The Question about the First few Lines,
I belive that "The redhead" is just a friend of the
Half-Japanese Girl who must be good at the cello
(Shreding the cello) and by saying he's jello, I think
He is describing that jiggly, skaking felling we all get
when we really like someone. |
