whether it be your bf/gf, or friend, or family member.. this is how i see it. that when your at your very worst, and you loose faith in yourself and everything around you, by whatever problem or circumstance your in. that when you loose yourself completely through all the negativity, there's always going to be that someone that can "save" you or "dig" you from whatever's taking over and find the good in you, and make you whole again. |

here is an interpretation i got from a friend. shes with a man she cheats gets caugtht (the stranger she reaches out to in the video) he finds something of hers she comes to him he gives her the arm she reaches out to a sahdow on the grown ground that means it was another guy on the side and he finds a note or watever and he reads it and she comes to him and holds him as if nothigns wrong and forgives her, giving her another chance. |

This is the all time greatest breaksong. Especially when you've been heart-broken. They always come back and apologize. I've been this situation recently, where my bf of two years behind my back was in love with his girl bestfriend. That was the worst feeling. Being betrayed. I think this song is also about betrayal. "I took another chance, took a fall took a shot for you." theres a point, where you can't give them anymore chances. |
