Tattle Tale – Glass Vase Cello Case Lyrics | 15 years ago |
I think you're kinda' right on that, daft. I think I'm making your idea more clear by saying that, when you're in love, that person takes your breath away. "Breathe into my hands I'll cup them like a glass to drink from" is saying that "I'll" take all "your" loving in one whole piece, and take your breath away. The asking of, "Are you still, still breathin'?" I think is showing the care of the person? I'm probably going way too far with this analysis. But that's alright. :] I just love this song. I heard it in But I'm A Cheerleader. One of the best GLBT-related movies I've seen so far. |

Also, I think it's "help me if you'd like but just don't tell my family". |

There are some more mistakes as I've listened to the song about a thousand times today. I'm going to enter the more correct ones right now and hopefully the moderators will change it! :] |

These lyrics are wrong. "time takes its toll on him" "all day I've been wondering" There's an "all" overlapping the end of "predispositional" "open my legs up to anyone who'll have me" "it runs in the family, I come by it honestly. Do what you want 'cause who knows it might fill me up." There are 14 "me up"s discluding the two "fill me up"so, and "knock me up"s, "shut me up"s. "guess it has something to do with her grandmother's grandfather's grandmother's civil war soldiers" "still have my health" "I'm telling you 'cause I just want you to know me" "don't get too close" "but don't blame me because I can't help where I come from" "help me if you might but just don't tell my family" And the last part is all shut me up not shoot me up. |
Cobra Starship – Bring It (Snakes on a Plane) Lyrics | 16 years ago |
Um. Another reason Pete Wentz is in this music video is because a lot of them are friends. Cobra Starship, The Academy Is..., Gym Class Heroes, and Fall Out Boy are pretty much all good friends. And a person not mentioned here, Nick Wheeler from The All-American Rejects did guitar but never appeared in the music video. They wrote the song before the movie itself came out in theaters. Of course, they saw previews and knew about the movie but not details. That's why it's ironic that the lyrics are, 'Pop the cheap champagne, we're going down in flames, hey.' And I don't know if it's only in the version I have, but the version I have has at the end, (I think) Bruce James as Ken the guy flight attendant, saying "Who's your daddy now, bitch?" |
