this is such a beautiful, beautiful song and well-crafted album. I think its kind of like Bon Iver b-sides and I kind of which there could be a noticeable difference between the two projects but this is such a nice and pretty album for the fall; i love it so much. |

loveeee the new song. The collaboration with Alan Palomo is different from their usual stuff, but works perfectly. Am I the only one who heard this in the chorus though? "I watched my mind go down in the smoke and I can't look" maybe not... Can't wait for the new album! its definitely going to be one of the best summer albums. |

I agree with the person above me. Emmy's lyrics are all pretty literal. She was in a car crash with her boyfriend or friend, whomever during the rain and he forgot to break and they crashed. He didn't survive as well as the rest of the car was pretty damaged but the speakers and the stereo did and the song playing was from a tape he made her. |

Wooh First to comment. This is my most favorite song on Blackout. So catchy and easy to dance to. Its like the best song on there. The song pretty much speaks for itself. The meaning is pretty simple. Its about how shes always watched and in the news and people can't get enough of her. |

I love this song...alot. I first heard it on The Hills and thought it was amazing. I searched Natasha Bedingfield (I thought it sounded like her voice) and I found it! Hooooray for me! Anyways, even though I'm a freshman in Highschool with NO BOYFRIENDS WHATSOEVER IN MY WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE; I think I can relate. I'm the one who is always saying: "I don't want a boyfriend. There is going to always be someone out there for me and I know if I ever get one it won't be him. I'm too young." Until then, I'm waiting for the "one" to find me. I just...know hes out there...maybe I'll be 16, maybe I'll be 56. I just know he is out there; we just don't know it yet. So In the meantime, I'll be my loner self waiting patiently. |

I love this song so much. After the first time I actually listened to it and looked at the lyrics I was crying like a baby. Its a song everyone can relate to. We've all been in the situation where we're in the dismal waiting room, while our love slowly dies and we're waiting for the (mostly bad) news. It makes me wish I was with my uncle when he died a month ago. |
