my favorite off the album. i like this one 'cause it has a lot less screaming, and ben's voice is perfect for the song. i think it's about a long distance relationship and the guy is getting tired of it and wants to date other people. both people want to end it but they can't for some reason. |

awesome!! as a teenager, i still love it. its about how crazy things are for teenagers. not fitting in, and changing yourself to try and do so. he's saying not to waste yourself by changing yourself, and just to be what you are.
i also like to think that we teens scare adults. :P |

This reminds me of a person who is in the hospital for a long period of time. Turning out your lights meaning they have given up on you, but the person singing hasn't. The person singing reminds the sick person to keep clinging onto life, and reminds them of the good times they've had before that person was sick. And then the person gets better and shows up everyone who gave up on them. |

Wow, this is an awesome song. My favorite from the album. Awesome.
To me, this song is about going out to find yourself. It might be a conversation between a son and father or something, like the man in red is giving him advice about leaving, and he's scared and is thinking about not going, but the man in red is telling him he needs to go find out who he is before it's too late. |
