The Beatles – Mr. Moonlight Lyrics

According to critics, and most of you who already commented, this is the worst cover the beatles ever did. I don't see the connection. It's my favorite cover, and in the top 20 for favorite songs. sorry. |

The Smashing Pumpkins – Today Lyrics

I just downloaded and listened to this song for the first time in years.. it hasn't aged a bit. It was my favorite song when I was younger and it's one of my favorite songs again. The meaning.. is fairly obvious, and it's already been said plenty of times. It's so hopeful despite the depressing undertones. Definately the best song, in the best album of the sp catalog. |

Justin Timberlake – SexyBack Lyrics

despite the fact pop music is the most shallow, pointless shit you could barely even call music, i absolutely LOVE justin for some reason, and this song.. picturing jt tied up to a wall being whipped is too hot. it definately has hints toward brittney though. AND FOR ALL OF YOU SAYING HE'S GAY: you don't even make sense. really. |

State Radio – Keepsake Lyrics

This song is so beautiful. It's the first one I heard by them. I thought it was about pills too until it started talking about his wife/job/religion. Then I thouight it was his memories until he said one's going to hold his memories, so looking at the song title, it might be he's looking through a box of old pictures and keepsakes and how his experiences and all from them holds him together. |

I haven't heard any other keepsake songs yet, but i was on limewire looking for another band, and this was labeled as a bright eyes song, but the name caught me and i dled it, and couldn't find the lyrics, so i found out it was by them. they seem like an amazing band. i love finding new ones by mistake [: |

Plain White T's – Hey There Delilah Lyrics
| 17 years ago

Really now, the meanings fairly obvious yeah? In fact, this song's not about someone he actually loved, it was simply inspired by a girl named Delilah who inspired him. It's an amazing song, but not nearly the best love song ever, only the best song plain white t's will probably ever do. |

TV on the Radio – Robots Lyrics

there is a certain pattern to this. robots fucking in the minimall, i'm not sure of what that has to do with tv, but it's the only one repeated and there are several basic cable channels with clones (2 abc's), carwash is a movie, but also might've referred to a commercial. sitcoms are all over the television. west wing was a series. white house might be referring to c-span. a subway is another one that isn't directly obvious, but they might've just been flipping channels whilst writing this song or doing something, and they made observations to whatever was on tv? a j-z video would be on some music channel, and tom brokaw and oprah are also on tv. so i'm sure there's a link somehow with tv which after the fact , there's plenty of things the song could be about. Either how tv has turned us into robots, or there's some sort of fucking, either literal or figurative with each of the things, or maybe simply they were horny and wanted to write a song about fucking [: |
