This is quite a song. Lennon was definitely feeling brave and scared when he wrote this one. He is also 100% trying to be Dylan in the verses as well, not a bad impression. |

VinylQueenChamp500, I don't laugh at all with Billy saying he runs with a "dangerous" crowd. He was involved with the New York street gangs and boxed for a long time. It might not have been the Bronx we know now, but he certainly isn't the pretty boy you obviously think he is. I don't doubt that the "good girls" probably thought he was a "bad boy." |
