The Killers – Human Lyrics | 15 years ago |
my friend and i have a couple of thoughts. we've focused mostly on the "our we human or are we dancer" line from the song. dancer is singular because it's a play on words, the same reason human is singular. and one of us thinks it could mean that human and dancer are different things entirely. are we human OR are we dancers, you cannot be both. i think that it's saying that the word dancer describes us much better as a species than the word human. |

"Yes, because the whole point is, Fred Hampton Jr. never actually got a trial, basically, he was an activist, and the FBI and state police went to his house and he was killed. Whether this was murder or not is a topic of much debate." I think that you are talking about Fred Hampton Jr.'s father. His father was killed by the Chicago police. Fred Hampton Jr. was in jail for 18 years on arson charges and was paroled in 2001. |

There is nothing about this song that even vaguely reminds me of Invisible Monsters by Chuck Palahniuk, or Time To Dance by P!ATD. so please explain yourself |
