This song is abotu a mother and a daughter at a river. The mother goes to sleep and is awoken by her daughter drowning in the lake. Thats the first bit. At the 'It's been 5 years since then.' its talking about how her marrage has ben broken by losing the child. In the end the mother suffers a car crash in an attempt to end it all. She survies but is suicidal. She tells her doctor she wants to die but he just prescribes her more pills. Dia explained it at one of her live performances. |

This Song Is Amazing. His Voice Is PERFECT in It. I think this song is about being with someone you truly love. And you both argue with each other but in the end, it doesn't matter. Because you love each other so much you get through the storms together. He can;t stand to see her crying, because when she cries, it hurts him. And thats true love. |

Pesonally i think Avril is amazing. Her stuff is powerful and the music is brilliant. Well that was untill Girlfriend. I hate that song with pure passion. But this, this seems like the real Avril to me. It has alot of emotion and her voice...Heavenly. I Guess this song is about being in love but doubting if it will really work out as shown in the 'are you and me still together tell me think we could last forever tell me.. why'. I'm madly in love with my girlfriend and she lives extremly far away. It hurts alot and i guess the longer i'm without her the more it hurts. The more i seem to rely on her. Sometimes i wonder if me and her will work out. |
