I think the song is about death but there's more to it. "and I’ll tell you what you missed, when the ocean met the sky You missed when time and life shook hands and said goodbye. [You missed] When the earth folded in on itself." Many people always say the world is going to end but there are plenty of people who die everyday and don't see the end of the world in the armageddon like fashion. There never will be an end to the world just people that die everyday. |
