i´m so in love with this song can´t wait to hear the studio version of it. the lyrics are pretty obvious and Justin mentioned that it´s about "being stuck with a girl in the snow" i love the whole imagery he uses throughout the song although i´m quite sure it´s "i said know it well" instead of "i said oh no one will". |

I first had a problem with the synthesizer they´re using throughout the whole song cause its sounds like a hip hop sort of thing. After a few listens, it didn´t bother me that much and come on, the last two minutes of the song are stunning. can not wait for their second full-length |

one of the best weakerthans songs ever written. I love how he connects usual, material things like razors, cutlery and coffee cups with all his wishes and desires (e.g. the outline to a complicated dream of dignity). Whenever i hear this song, i have a clear image in my head how John is standing in his garage, offering things from the past to get rid of it and start all over again. |
