in my opinion, jet did take this riff from iggy, but they also took a riff from the white stripes' screwdriver. and in addition, rollover dj sounds similar to takin care of buisness, and look what you've done sounds like the beatles. but thats not to say that iggy, the stripes, BTO, and the beatles dont all rock. jet just combines them all. the ramones did it, the white stripes did it, every band has influnces. there. and, this is a good song. |
