Well, a red flag is a symbol of Communism. The video shows youth running around covering up symbols of both coercion and capitalist control with red flags. At the end they are all wearing Soviet made gas masks.
I think taken in context of the video, the song is clearly an incitement to proletarian revolution. |

The album was put out by Fat Mikes label, it makes since they would have a song on it. I don't know if they had any actually really political songs or not to put on it, I'm not that familiar with NoFX. That would've made more since though. |

lemme try and break this down:

this line is talking about how the Chinese goverment has their own version of the internet where if you look up anything bad about them (including the massacre at Tianemens square) it pulls up nothing

More about government propoganda, this time its talking about how the government uses its tools in the media *cough cough* fox news *cough* to gain control over the people of the country
"She's scared that I will take her away from there.
Dreams and her country, left with no-one there."
Talking about how the government tries to inspire false patriotism in its people so that they grow to depend on the government and blindly follow it
"Mezmerized the simple minded
Propaganda leaves us blinded."
This line is talking more about government propoganda, but is now more specificly speaking about how the governtment prays on the weak minded "sheep" and use them to gain more and more power

I kind of think that all of Stadium Arcadium is purposfully ripping off other stuff. Like in "Dani California", the chord progression during the verse is exactly the same as the chord progresion of "Last Dance With Mary Jane". And in Strip my mind at the beggining when only the guitar is playing its obvious that all they're doin is playing evry other chord of "Let it Be". "Wet Sand", to me at least sounds like "Hey Lady".
So it makes alot of sense to me that the "random rambling lyrics" of the outro would have been stolen from a poetry book.
