Have to say this song caught on me REALLY fast. I used to (and don't hate me for saying this) not be a fan of Evanescence... at all. But this song has really gotten me into them... The tune is catchy, and although she is singing about another one of my favorite singers, I really love the lyrics. Amy looks absolutely gorgeous in the video, as well. Makes me wish I could get my makeup to look like that :P |

I could be waaay off, and I actually probably am, but I remember reading somewhere (might have been Wikipedia, but I just checked and didn't see it) that this song was about the Columbine massacre. However, I do agree with a lot of the meanings posted here.. Most seem to fit. As for me I tend to listen to this song when I'm frustrated, or as the song implies, literally feeling sick. Sounds scary, eh? :P. I promise I'm not a psycho, at least not in that sense, but I do understand the feeling of being 'sick', and not sick like the flu. Ie. Being sick of something... Stuff like that. |
