Brian has said this song is about someone getting beaten to death. the way I interpret it, is some guy (The Brick Shithouse) finds out his wife/girlfriend is having an affair.
She never makes a single sound cos the other guy is providing her with sex. And so her husband is thinking, ok, I'm going to be watching when he's around. And as he's beating the guy to death, he's saying 'don't you wish you never met her?', which is a line Brian borrowed from the PJ Harvey song 'Rid Of Me', which Brian has acknowledged. It is one of his favourite albums ever.
