Wow. I was sat in my GCSE music exam and as one of the sectors was brit pop, this song came up for us to 'dissect' (for want of a better word) & it honestly took my breath away. It reminded me so much of my ex boyfriend who helped me overcome my anorexia
'&& you make sure i eat today' especially came across to me at this point.
& 'you took your last chance once again, landed stranded hardly even knew your name.' reminds me of when i gave him a second chance and when it all fell to pieces again i realised how little i really knew him, hardly even knew his name.
I love this song. It's beatiful. |
