MARQUICERISE. You ARE absolutely correct. The Lyric "We are our own wicked gods With little g's and big dicks" And the redundant message "Big dicks big dicks etc" definately confirms a reference to the lost penis of Osiris. I must admit I am a little disappointed that more manson fans havn't picked up on the Masonic, Babylonian, Egyptian, etc, references that are littered throughout Mansons works. First Of All The Lyric "handcuffes housewives into whores" Is ACTUALLY " Handcrafted housewives into whores" And If You Listen to it, you may even be able to interprit that line as " Handcrafted Owls Wise Into Our Homes" This May seem like a far leap in interpretation, But what about the line that is repeated over, and over "come into our home, won't you stay?" So What's The Big Deal you may ask? What The Hell Does an OWL reference have to do with it. TRUE Manson fans, read my explanations on the following songs, Kinderfeld, Big White World, King kill 33, Meat For A Queen. Here is another proof based on Manson Lyric cross references. Take the line in this song "i know the steak is cold but it's wrapped in plastic" And a line in Meat For A Queen "Throw grubsteaks on the offering plate" The key word is "STEAK" being a metaphor for a child. The steak being cold meaning the child is dead(Spiritually). The Line " You might as well kill yourself because your already dead" makes the connection with the particular death I am referring to. The wrapped in plastic part basically is saying that at least they are well groomed on the outside. As if this is enough to compensate for being dead on the inside. |

I havn't even heard this song yet but IF YOU READ the lyrics to GREAT BIG WHITE WORLD you will also hear another reference to a Queen. Specifically "I wish you were queen just for today" from the song BIG WHITE WORLD. And If Manson fans noticed the trend of crossreferencing terms in songs, than this is not a big leap to make. The Point is that the queen is none other than SEMIRAMIS of Babylon, and the line"Throw grubsteaks on the offering plate" I'm guessing it may be a reference to sacrificing babys to the Babylonian OWL/COW god MOLOCH. Real Manson Fans, Please Read my Comments on Kinderfeld, Big White World, King Kill 33. These are songs I have studied. P.S. Now someone has. |

P.P.S. The Golden Age Of Grotesque, Track #1 Thaeter 14 seconds in you will hear the same owl, only slightly distorted. If an artist repeats stuff you would think that real fans would at least pick it up and question it. Apparently Manson is trying to appeal to a more obscure crowd than the typical Manson fan. |

Damn it. All these nice Metaphor interpretations and not one MANSON FAN picked up the KEY PHRASE "I wish you were queen just for today". He says it over and over and over etc. THE TRUTH Manson fans is this. The Babylonian queen Semiramis according to one legend begged her husband( The King Ninus) to allow her to be Regent for a day. He did so - and on that day, she had him executed, and she took the throne. I'm done with Manson explanations, I need to do some for Slipknot before I go to bed. |

Finally a couple people are getting close. Yes king kill 33 is referencing the 33rd degree of freemasonry (To be one ask one) but people need to analyze this stuff a little further. Look at a street layout of Washington D.C. The June 2004 issue of National Geographic has a gret one. Anyway if you look at the lines(walkways) connecting to it(the ones between the capitol building and the great big obelisk called the monument) they make one of masonrys main symbols the compass. And on top of the Capitol is the undeniable image of an owl. Read my response to the song KINDERFELD for that reference, because this stuff goes back a wee bit further than Masonry.(At least American Masonry) ALSO I find the repeated reference to Columbine amusing. The FRENCH word for DOVE is COLUMBE which is the root of many words like COLUMBIS, COLUMBINE, (DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA) Let me ask you this MANSON fan, who gave America the statue of liberty? Damn it, anyone can read Manson's biography and find connections with Grandma/broomsticks and Grandpa/trains. But NOT one person has aknowledged the OWL portion of the song. If any of you Manson fans have seen "Clash Of The Titans" you'll realize that noise in the song is a reference to Bubo The OWL. Seriously, watch it Manson fan reading this, yes you, and if you have seen "COTT" (akronym for previously referenced movie) there is no denying the OWL reference, Manson fan reading this. There is more Babalonian, Greek, etc, references in Manson's other work too. Big White World, King Kill 33(Actually a masonic reference), and other groups have joind the band wagon, Slipknot, System Of A Down, The Doors, etc. |

Although I feel that people may be getting the just of the song, which is probably the most important task of System's work, NOT one person has hit the nail on the head concernicg the lyric "when we speak we can peak from the windows of their mouths to see the land the women chant as they fly up to the sun." This is actually a reference to a rendition(or version) of the Semiramis Of Babalon legend. In which the ruler(deity) Semiramis turns into a dove and flys up to the sun. If you look at ancient Iraqi artifacts, you will find statues of golden women with wings. I've got a great jpeg but I don't think you can post that here. But my point is that I have noticed a trend with certain political bands using Babalonian deity references, such as Marilyn Manson, Slipknot, Mc Paul Barman, and probably some others that I can't think of. This I connect to a certain obscure conspiracy, which claims that a secret society dating back to Babylon (Or earlier) gets it's kicks by puting thier trademarks out in the open. For example the statue of liberty isn't really a statue of liberty, It is a representation of Semiramis. I could go on forever about these connections, but I need to save some mojo for some other lyrics. Since not one person has hinted at the whole Babalonian reference and since Serj asks if you know why immediatly following the Semiramis reference, I seriously doubt most of you SOAD fans really know why. I may not even have the whole thing worked out. But in summary this music is part of a larger effort to cause a world wide awakening, and perhaps laying the ground work to create a world wide collective consciousness and a bunch of other esoteric mumbo jumbo. Who cooks for you all? |
