Queen – Killer Queen Lyrics | 17 years ago |
ahh, i know this has been said already, but i think this is about a prostitue. a high class one, like a call girl. "She keeps emotion in a pretty cabinet" she doesn't show emotion, she doesn't get attatched to her clients. "Guarenteed to blow your mind... anytime" maybe not just blow your mind, if you know what i mean. ;) "Recommended at the price, insatiable an appetite" she's always ready for sex, or whatever, as long as you've got enough money. "Drop of a hat she's a willing as" once again, always up for sex. anyway... there are other lyrics that support my idea but im just a bit busy. |
The Blow – What Tom Said About the Girls Lyrics | 17 years ago |
This song is like, the sexiest thing I've EVER heard. Like EVER. I hope this isn't too innapropriate, but. I came. |
Beck – Go It Alone Lyrics | 17 years ago |
ahhh! This song is so sexy. It sort of reminds me of Grease or something. |
The Zutons – Pressure Point Lyrics | 17 years ago |
i think this was in a commercial. anyway, its a great song. im not so sure what its about... probably feeling some kind of pain that you cant describe and you have no way of curing it.... so you look to others for help. |
Terry Jacks – Seasons in the Sun Lyrics | 17 years ago |
ah, when i listened to this i thought of a man who is writing his suicide note - trying to be more cheerful than he should be about it and feeling a bit guilty for leaving everyone and thinking of all the things he'll miss. ridiculously sad. |
Sinead O'Connor – Fire On Babylon Lyrics | 17 years ago |
I think Sinead is talking about England in this, England is the mother. I think she's also speaking of the Irish Famine that caused thousands of people to starve to death. Maybe the "change" is that many Irish people are learning their language and their history... and they're doing something to make their country their own. Who knows though, that's just my opinion. |
Lily Allen – Smile Lyrics | 18 years ago |
it's obviously a song about getting revenge on someone who has hurt you in a relationship. it's a natural human reaction to want revenge, and if you notice, the lyrics are "at first when i see you cry, it makes me smile" so... it's not forever, it's just at first, when she's trying to get over the heartache the breakup has caused her. this song or the video isn't glorifying violence or anything like that, it's just talking about how this girl reacts to this certain situation. i'm sure a lot of girls - or boys for that matter - who have been hurt badly in a relationship can empathyze with the idea. anyway, i love this song. very catchy. lily allen's voice is beautiful, and it's a million times better than the stuff we're getting from paris hilton and jessica simpson. |
Lasse Lindh – The Stuff Lyrics | 18 years ago |
i think this song is about spousal abuse... and then, the whole "i hit you because i love you, baby" thing. |
