This song means a lot to me. I believe the singer is watching a couple in amazement. Almaz has obviously had something bad happen to her in her past, and the singer is astonished that she can still love freely and with all her heart. The singer asks herself is she could play the part of the careless lover if the same past which Almaz had, was hers. xXx |

I don't think it's about a on and off relationship... I always thought it was about two people. The guy loves the girl, and for a time she likes him, but everytime he asks her on a date she tells him no. (probably gives a crappy excuse like I see you only as a friend). He thinks he's in with a chance as she keeps flirting and being friendly. But now he wants to move on, but as long as she keeps calling and inviting him over he can't do it. I always thought that despite the girl saying she loves him but doesn't wanna date him, she doesn't want him to have anyone else so she keeps screwing with his mind. Although that is my opinion. I hope you guys understood it, I wrote it whilst I was thinking about it! Maybe it just depends on whats happening in your own life to your interpretation of the song. I saw this happen to my brother Joe, and I felt the pain he felt when the girl messed him about! xXx |

wow! I can't belive that noone has written anything about this song! I was told that this song came about when the writer had a baby girl called Sarah.. I could be wrong, but I like to think this is what the songs about. This song means a lot to me, the day my parents left me at university my daddy handed me a cd and this was one of the songs on it. He always said that this song reminded him of me, and this is how he felt about me! Man i love that guy! |
