It's so easy to fall in love with an Air Supply song! I heard this song on the movie of Debra Messing (sorry, I'm not a big fan of her so I'm not sure of the spelling), a guy that he hired to be her boyfriend sang this song while in the shower. And I just loved that song instantly! Up to now! :) |

Hey, you people might think that the two guys in Air Supply are gay. As far as I know, those rumors aren't true. Even if they are always singing in duets and they seldom have songs with the word 'girl' or 'she' in it. It has always been 'you', right? But I think they really aren't gay.
Anyway, I really love Air Supply! Talk about REAL Air Supply! That man can almost sing ANYthing! And the music is really good. It's not hard to fall in love ith their songs. And somehow, their songs, even if I heard it for the first time, I feel like I've known it since I've known music. It's like it has always been in the back of my head. I don't know, there really is something about Air Supply that I really love! :) |

Wow, mongoosesstalker, that's really sweet. Now that I thought of it, I agree with you. I always appreciate my dad because he provides us with everything. But I never acknowledge him when he influenced me with his music. And we both love The Beatles. :) I don't know what I'd do without The Beatles. They're my passion, and if it wasn't for my dad and his support, I would never have loved REAL music.
Oh yeah, I got goosebumps on this. Especially in the line "a cabinet maker's son". This might not mean a lot to you, but this means a lot to me for my grandfather was a carpenter. And so my father is 'a cabinet maker's son'.

i heard U2's version of the song. All I can say is, nobody does it better than The Beatles themselves. What I like about U2's version is, Bono said "This is a song Charles Manson stole from The Beatles, we're stealing it back." before he sang.

They were reciting Shakepeare's King Lear! Did anyone notice that? If I'm not mistaken, it was in the 3 minutes and thirty-three seconds of the song. I THOUGHT The "Paul Is Dead" hoax started after that student saw the Abbey Road Cover! And I Am The Walrus was in The Magical Mystery Tour album! How is that possible?
John wrote this song because people are always interpreting their songs, which annoyed him. So, he wrote a catchy song about a Walrus or something. Ha, I laughed out loud when I heard a comment in page one saying that Paul wrote what John Lennon said under the influence of LSD! |
