one word: WOW. this song is amazing. dashboard is such a good band. this song reminds me of a time when i found out at a highschool bball game that the girl that i like doesnt feel the same about me. it was an away game so i had a 30 minute drive home to think. i thought about how i was so close but so far away from getting her. i honestly felt sick. i thought about how she didnt love me and it made me angry and sad at the same time. i drove with the pedal to the floor the whole way down the interstate that night with the radio as loud as it would go (i dont hav this song yet so i had another song in), but this song describes it so perfectly. i guess the worst part was the fact that she was the closest ive ever been to having a girlfriend and now its all gone. now its like i dont know where to turn. while on the way home i screamed at the steering wheel and asked God why this was happening to me. i felt so lost without her and i still do, i havnt told her how i feel yet but i think she knows b/c i told her cousin who shes really close to and i think her cousin told her, since then we havnt talked as much as we used to. we used to i.m. each other every night and now its like theres nothing there. ive always been afraid to tell girls that i like how i feel b/c i always thought it would ruin our friendship, now i guess its true. idk, maby she should hear it from me. sorry if im rambling on about my personal life lol, i just needed to vent a little bit. if anyone has any advice on what i should do please post it or somthing |
