This song changed my life. I gained so much confidence after hearing it. It feels like it was just written for me. Favourite song, ever. I find it amazing how a guy about 22-23 years old can write a song completely in the mindset of a woman who feels like this. Genius. |

I havn't read Catcher In The Rye (GASP SHAME ON ME) But I am going to, as soon as I er, find a copy of this book. This is an awesome song, and I absolutely love the chorus. "He makes a plan to take a stand but always ends up sitting." It seems so simple but that is one of my favourite lines ever. On the Radio Daze bootleg Billie Joe says "This song is about forgetting what you're going to say because of... heavy drug abuse." And then Tré goes "Wheee!" But yeah, I've always related it to that also. |
