I absolutely love this song...the whole story really. i'm only 14, and i've been obsessed with this movie for ages... my friends are like, always bagging me for it, but i LOVE it. i listen to it every morning on the bus (mainly this song, not really the others) when emmy rossum sings, i'm like 'gahhr! why can't i sing like her?' really, she's such an amazing singer...and yeah, i love ths song. |

i hear this song heaps, it's always on the radio when i'm on the bus trip to and from school. eg. it was on on the way home today, and on the way to school today.
it gets a bit annoying when you hear it so much, so i don't like it all that much anymore, just like 1 2 step.
and yeah, i agree, it's about a girl who's insecure about her boyfriend, even though he's trying to prove himself...
i don't get the 'phunk' bit, never heard it like that before...dunno what it means either... |

Yeah, I agree (to xx sunshine and KOPAZI1426, not josue, i'm just gonna ignore that disgustingly materalistic and shallow post) i get goosebumps when i hear it too, in raise your voice, it's like, my favourite part of the movie, around then, when that songs on, because no matter who's in the room when it's on, (i've watched it 10000000 times) i'll sing to it.
but yeah, the words are really strong, and have such a strong message, a lot of her songs do have good messages in them.
that is so cool KOPAZ, i wanted to go to her concert, but yeah, didn't get around to it. i would have been like OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! too if i'd seen her van. |
