yeah, I agree with everyone who says it's "kill a politician and then wear his clothes... like even before I saw the lyrics, its sounds too much like that.. but I could see how they made the mistake. |

its the same song, just changed around so it'd be better on nevermind as stay away. Stay away definetely sounds better cause it's revised and more crisp and cleaned up. |

Nirvana – Tourette's Lyrics
|
wow... such emotion, I got the feeling that the whole In Utero album was a goodbye album, maybe not because Kurt was going to die, but maybe just retire, and this was his ideal in his quote "it's better to burn out, that to fade away" In Utero and Tourette's seem to be his tribute to the people he grew up with, the real punks who weren't posers and actually lived for the music, not for a status symbol that nirvana became... |

why'd they leave out the middle of the song, the part where kurt talks about his get rich quick scheme, download the song and hear the full version its kinda funny, nirvana music was better before kurt started using heroin, this is a pretty good song, the lyrics go with the beat and guitar and drums |

Nirvana – Lounge Act Lyrics

here's whats wrong with the whole rape idea, kurt was very unpredjudiced and very kind to people. That why he wrote the song polly, to mourne for a girl who was raped and killed and he felt so bad about that, thats what cause's me to think the whole rape theory is bullshit. no offense to major believers |

Nirvana – Blandest Lyrics

I don't find it necessary to think about what it's about just the fact that anyone here actually tries hard enough to listen to music that was lost in the shuffle is a good person and has sense, I can only say I wish this song was played during MTV Unplugged cause the people would have went crazy for it... blandest rocks |

has anyone seen the music video for this song, it's really sad cause Kurt doesn't even look like Kurt. He looks like a person in the last stage before death and it scares me to think that |

Nirvana – Smells Like Teen Spirit Lyrics
|
Smells like teen spirit is a great song, Nirvana was basically a good band with songs that had a few different moods to them. There was the scream stuff from pre-nevermind stuff like floyd the barber or white lace and strange (from with the lights out, its great) the upbeat stuff thats my favorite such as Drain You, On A Plain, and Lounge Act. All of which should be recognized for there catchy lyrics and beat but were overlooked because of bigger songs obviously smells like teen spirit comes to mind, as well as Come as you are and lithium as well. And who could forget the later screaming from In Utero, one song I can recall is Very Ape. I think that had Kurt not have died there would have been another great album but much different from there other stuff. My theory comes from the repetition of albums. Bleach was almost a metal record, then Nevermind which went mainstream unfortunately, then in Utero which reminded me of Bleach with songs that matched like floyd the barbe from bleach and tourette's from in utero. or big cheese from bleach and very ape from in utero. basically smells like teen spirit was one of the best songs, maybe not the best but obviously one of the most listened to and catchy and I love it. Once again try to listen to the upbeat songs from Nevermind, the are: Drain You, On a Plain, and Lounge Act |
