I think it is about us. we try to peel off all the layers orf a "Glass Onion" to find the meaning when you can just look at it straight through. He just wanted to make us stop by teeling us this stuff. just trying to say it doesn't have real meaning. but despite their best efforts we're still around...... for better or for worse.
Also it's was described by John as a throwaway song.

i think the part about the "Lookin' down from a hotel room" is about her suicide. "It was too cold to cry, when I woke up alone." it all points to that. but then again there are some obvious references to weed "But she grew up tall and she grew up right" just my thoughts, think what you like |

i think the "they are one together" part is about them (the song was written before neil young joined) i mean they are one person because the harmonize so well, two alone who wants to see a cs or sn concert, three together of course, and its like they were made to be in a band together. |

This part is about how the U.S. stopped allowing citizens into cuba (of course) but i think it is saying it makes him said when one person (the U.s.) shuts out another (Cuba). |

the isle of wight dvd is awesome.if they just stayed on kieth the entire time i would have enjoyed even without the music. its hilarious when pete slaps him.i think kieth moon is one of the greatest dummers of all time.they do an awesome job on summertime blues and i dont even know myself |

i think this song is about contrast,dark and lightgood and evil. if you play it regular its about well...heaven. if you play it backwords it's about hell. the backwords lyrics go like this,
