hmm methinks pariah has a point.
the thing that matters least about CC are the lyrics.
some people claim they can actually tell what they are saying. i cant. ive tried very hard to but only about 1 word in 10 is recognisable.
and if the listener doesnt have the internet or they dont print the lyrics on the album insert [i dont know, i dont own a "real" copy of any of thier albums] they could be singing a selection of popular nursery rhymes for all they know.
this is music that sounds very loud and angry.which is the reason i like to listen to it. not all the time u understand but somthimes all the "nice" music gets boring and u need a change from it.
i couldnt listen to a whole album all the way through without it annoying the hell out of me though. |

i do not intend this post to offend anyone and i, myself am in no way a nazi and look upon what they do/did as the closest civilization has come to seeing true "evil":
"never forget" is the current attitude towards ww2 and the holocaust and i think that banning the swastika is just a step towards doing exactly that . in a way it is good that people feel physically sick at the sight of it as it means that it is still remembered. while people still feel so strongly about it the less that likly somthing like it will happen in the far [or near] future.
and also the nazi's weren't the first people to use this symbol http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swastika its just a shame they are pretty much the only ones remembered for it and in the worst possible way. |

the song was originally called walpugis and was about somthing compltly different but they changed it for some reason [banned?] and made it about war instead. i wouldnt be surprised if ozzy supported bush as he live in a fucking huge mansion in bev hills and if he was the leftist "commie" thinker you think then he would be a complete hypocrite. |

i think it was goomba further up the pages who said that this is not actually sick at all because it was not real. i totally agree, if you want a truly sick song look at "Angel of death" by Slayer, you kno why its worse? cos those things ACTUALLY HAPPENED!
CC's music is the equivalent of a horror movie and i dont see anyone protesting about the zombie baby thing in dawn of the dead. music is just another media like film or books and far gorier and sicker things are played out/written there.

its about watergate, a "plumber" is someone who was employed to plug up leaks in government information. watergate was basically a load of national newspapers got hold of a shitload of top secret pentagon papers and published them [they were stolen from the WATERGATE hotel] from what i gather Nixon or his aides paid someone to tap the watergate hotel phones and steal the papers.
nixion was re-elected because of this

why isnt white noise on the list, methinks its cos the owner thinksits racist when its actually not. they had some really bad misinterpretaions of the song but its actually asking people to recognise the racism going on not only against people with different skin colour but also those who are from another country or talk differently eg, them,being irish,moving to england and getting lots of hassle for it. |
