That line "Lonely is the room, the bed is made...", do you think that John Mayer references it (he claims this is his favorite song) in "Come Back To Bed"? because the lyrics are alomst exactly the same idea and worded very closely at times? |

This song is WAY too enigmatic for me to attempt, but I will. I think it has something to do with either a girl hes been friends with for too long and now he cant get romantically (stop, its too late, im feeling frustrated)...or maybe its about one of those relationships that even after you've been in them for awhile you still dont feel comfortable in, and so he tells himself "stop, its too late, im feeling frustrated"....but again, I have no idea, Im just guessing, which is better than nothing though, right? |
