Radiohead – All I Need Lyrics
|
I'm a next step waiting in the wind
I'm an animal trapped in your hot car
I am all the days you choose to ignore
You're all I need
You're all I need
I'm in the middle of your picture
Lying in the leaves
I am a moth who wants to share your light
I'm just an incect trying to get out of the night
You only stick with me
Because there are no others
You're all I need
You're all I need
I'm in the middle of your picture
Lying in the REEVS (not leaves the second time around)
He might be moaning 'It's all right, it's all, it's all right, it's all..." at the end, but I'm not sure.
Amazing song. One of my favorites off of the new album. Paints a very good image in my head. The parts about the picture makes me think that this person loves someone a lot but is unnoticable to them. He/She is always in the middle of the picture lying in the leaves/reevs, remaining in the background with the things most people usually don't pay too much attention to. |

Anyone who says Good News sucks really doesn't understand the album. It's one of the most "complete" albums I've ever heard and the crazy amount of themes and concepts that run through it is unbelievable. |

On their myspace it says that this song is about people getting laid off from their jobs. I guess I was kinda right. Also, I always thought that the picture in the very middle of the cd booklet has a connection to this song. |

I think it should be "but you well understand it takes a steady hand to navigate the OPEN water." What a great song. |

I was starting to think that it might have been a score of a race or something of that sort. But yeah, i'm positive that I've heard 17. So, you're probably right. It makes sense. |

Beautiful. Tournament of hearts is one of my favorite albums of all time. The lines "Work and love will make a man out of you. Through and Through" give me shivers every time. |

"I was in the student union,
Studying for an english class.
He came up and asked directions
To the new auditorium."
I believe that's correct. I can't make anything up after that though. |

This song is great. I've heard some people say this album is better than The Ugly Organ, but i have to disagree. Maybe just as good as The Ugly Organ. The voice and instumentals have definately improved, but the lyrics don't do it for me like in the prebious albums. |

Great song. I'm thinking maybe it's about being used to the same things and the same lover. Trying to get something more than there is and knowing nothing was there in the first place, but still hoping for something bigger, some greater cause, meaning, or love. |

This song is amazing. Can anyone translate the French words at the end of this song? I've been dying to know what this woman is saying for years. |

To me it feels like the whole Digital Ash CD has a happy feel to it. I think that maybe he overcame the fear of death. Maybe he feels that he is going to die soon (drug overdose?), so he relized that to die is really not that bad. He accomplished a lot of things, so it's alright to die. I think that maybe this album tells us that death is the ulimate prize you can get after expiriencing life that leaves you exausted. |
