the whole album is about julio hands down we've got that settled, i think hes trying to say "Clipside of the pinkeye flight" Pinkeye maybe his eyes are bloodshot and by flight hes means hes about to do something. I'm not the percent you think survives By this I think he means hes not the type of person to survive this I need sanctuary in the pages of this book Maybe sanctuary refers to religion or a doctor and book means a bible or papers on his current status Gestating with all the other rats Hes lying around with all the other patients Nurse said that my skin will need a graft a graft could mean a x-ray I am of pockmarked shapes could be his way of saying his status The vermin you need to loathe and this might be his way of saying watch out i am gonna do this again dont save me Well thats just my opinion dont bash me for it |

Heres my interpretation: My gut is burning. Won't you find me some water? So he tryings to put out the fire(fighting) by throwing water on it(apologies). But it never works so he might as well throw gasoline on the fire. Then the forks must be his his ears because soon as lighting strikes(her words), will just blow his head up.) Cause I don't think that I've got the stomach to stomach calling you today. My head is swirling. It's been carried off in the sky and where it lands is where it lands. So I guess that I will get another head and then get on with my life and leave you somewhere beneath the waves of time. (Then he just doesnt feel like calling her because they have been fighting so much and he cant stomach it. Now his head has been swirling from all the fighting. Also I think head also means there relationship status. Their relationship is just off in the sky. So hes just like I will just let it land wherever and get a new head(relationship). So he figures he will just leave her behind.) And I'll wear glass shoes and plastic wrap. No, I'll just wear my insides. You want to know who I really am? Yeah so do I. Right now I'm turning off the lights cause I don't think that I have got the stomach to stomach calling you today. (Glass shoes and plastic wrap must be watching where he steps in the relationship, and plastic wrap must be him being smothered all the time by her. Then wearing his insides must mean that he'll just show her how he feels about the relationship. Then turning off the lights must mean that hes giving up on the relationship and hes just gonna turn off the lights and forget about it cuz he doesnt have the stomach to call her.) |

I think this song is about some person close to him i.e. example: you know it tears me up inside to see the feelings that you hide hide inside that empty bottle I wish you saw how great you were I wish you saw what life was worth you wouldn't have to hide your problems (about his friend who obviously depressed and must have some sort of drinking problem) and I don't care what you might think I think you've had to much to drink cant even talk when you're this way runaway, runaway but that won't make it any better runaway, runaway and make tomorrow harder to live than today (This part sounds like its about them talking. It seems like they are drunk again to the point of where they cant talk. Then hes trying to tell them they are just running away from their problems. And it seems like everyday their life is just getting harder.) there's so much out there you could miss there's so much life out there to live if you would just believe in yourself there's a bright light shining inside you it shines out through your eyes don't throw it away, don't be afraid don't hide let it shine (This part is most likely about how he telling them they are missing out on life. How they have so much life to live if you'd just reach out and grab it.) you say you're looking for happiness but when is comes, you runaway from it you tell yourself you don't deserve it there's so much more that i could do now the rest is up to you until you love yourself, you'll never change you'll keep on running until you deal with today (Now this part is about how this person always finds happiness but throws it away constantly as if they are afraid of it. Hes just like I cant help you with with this you gotta solve your own problems. And if they wanna change they are gonna have to love themselves and solve there problems) Well thats just my opinion |

Basically this song is about a break up and see the girl with someone new. Heres a little break down... I know we just got here, But I think it's time to go I didn't wanna believe you But now I know You know who just walked in And she didn't come alone I can't stand to see this Get me home (This guy is somewhere with his friends such as a party and the girl walks in with her new guy. Hes just like man I dont wanna see this.) Take me away I'm gonna hurt somebody Take me away right now How could she say She wanted more You'd better Take me away right now (Now hes like man I wanna get out of here. Hes feeling like hes gonna fight her new man, or someone else. Then he also thinking man how could she say more when I gave her everything) I thought she was perfect She thought I was perfect too Perfect until she found someone new Now I'm stuck here watching her I can't take this abuse What does this guy do that I can't do? (Now hes remembering their relationship. How it was perfect until someone new came along. Now hes looking at them thinking man, this guy was lame what does he have that I dont have.) That pretty much sums it up in my opinion. |
