I read the first two pages of this forum and outside of the stupid "OMGZ did MM sell out?!!1!" argument I've been reading that people think this is an optomistic song. That's nuts. It's about a horrible car crash and the way that people will tell themselves that things are OK when they're awful. As almost always the song is being facetious. The same message from Float On which is kind of ironic considering they were both the leadoff singles. |

About The Eye Patch Guy telling the narrator to kill Night Club Dwight and to burn the Nice Nice down.
seems to easy i guess but in the whole story its one of the biggest moments, not to mention the last song on the last record. |

wow i couldnt disagree more. this is probably my favortuie song on the album besides Pardon Me. The first time i head the album i didnt think it was that good but then i went back the other daya nd listened to it again a few times and i gotta say its awesome. The same thing happebned with the other albums for me, i didnt like it at first but if you give it some time and go back to it its just amazing. This song is just so fun and i love the simple ryhme scheme. its just classic simple weezer |

First off, there used to be a song posted called 'i will never stop bleading' there were no lyrics in this post because that song is STILL a work in progress. So now this is posted and 'bleeding...' is will be posted whenever its done.
Secondly, yes these are the lyrics of Skittles and Jellybeans. I wrote a new guitar part and had a lyical block for a little while so i decided to look through my old notebooks and i came across the lyrics to Skittles and Jellybeans, lyrics i wrote somewhere over a year ago. They fit beautifully and i decided to use a new movie clip in the bridge to the end because i think this one is more appropriate to the meaning of the song. Which is for others to decide not for me to give away...even though the clip does very easily give it away.

Emo started in the late 80'S in the DC hardcore scene. I would say the best emo band was/is Still Life. Do you self a favor and find the song 'small' its damn fine. oh and this song is a pretty sweet blink182 song. pretty much everything blink released with the exception of Take Off... was good. I can kind of see how voting for either Kerry or a third-party candidate might vaguely do some modicum of good, I cannot for the life of me figure out why so many people would want to vote for Bush.
Well, actually, I can figure it out easily; they've been heavily propagandized. But I can't figure out how anyone who's taken the time and effort to dispassionately examine the issues and the candidates could possibly want to vote Bush, with the exceptions of religious fundamentalists and cultural/social conservatives. And I pride myself on being a person who tries to see things from perspectives opposed to my own. Maybe I just haven't done that well enough, which is why I don't understand. I don't know. |
