This song was adopted as the white sox theme song in august. Joe Crede, Rowand, and AJ Pierzynski were at a bar. There was some broad up on stage singing cover songs, and Crede yelled that he wanted to here some fucking journey. I was also at the parade in chicago, and when Steve Perry was up on stage singing it with some of the players, it sounded like shit. It was pretty cool that he came out though. |

I think this is one of the funnest songs i have ever heard. Its such a good feeling to cruise through the country and listen to Blue Sky on a great sunny day. I love the guitar solos throughout the song. |

I think in this song he may not actually be a "loser" but he is depressed right now because his girl left him. Everyone goes through that time in their life when they break up and they think that their world is over. For some reason all you can focus on is the great times that were had not the bad ones. He is just in the dumps right now and feels his life is in shambles. |

I think that this song is being away from his special girl. I mean if you listen in the begining he is describing the elation he has when he is with her. He also states how hes had so many other women, but none can compare to the love she gives him. I dont know, thats just what i get out of the song. my girl and i go to different colleges, and when ever i here this song it seems like it was written for us. |
