They say that twice, then the final part switches it to, "Is there anything a man dont stand to lose, when he lets a woman hold him in her hands?" They basically just swap out the devil for the woman. Maybe woman always get him into trouble one way or another. |

I'm not gonna sit and read through 4 pages of this nonsense, so ill take this quote off the first page... "sumtimes u gotta take stuff like this a little less serious..i dunno..its blatently meant to be more of a comedy than a serious sorta song..so alls goodheyhey" -- Pretty in Punk Sublime, with a sublminal message...I'll be the first to admit its funny, but if you cant see the message of the song, your well plain stupid... They tossed a humor around it so that numbskulls like you still like the song, while hopefully on an unconcious level you'll learn something. |

Skaman2- Yea Acoustic bass does simply rock...Have you heard "Please Do Not Go" Oh man its an orgy of acoustic bass...I have been telling people for like 7 years that that song has the absolute BEST bass solo EVER....then again have you ever really heard an acoustic bass guitar solo before? | I will probably never read any of the responses to this question, if in fact i do get any responses. But my question is this. Can anyone suggest a band that perhaps comes close to Bright Eyes style? I love the emotional lyrics combined with the acoustic sound...I think acoustic makes it sound more real. Ya know? Its not all made up, like most bands these days. Even the bands that consider themselves "emo". It seems to me they are all synthesized, or remasterd, or whatever the terms are. But theys guys are acoustic, pure, and amazing. So once again, any other recomendations that might come close to fulfilling these wants of mine? | |
