The verses and choruses seem a bit at odds with each other here. The choruses contrast real heroes who make a difference "saves a drowning child cures a wasting disease" to the "heroes" who people idolize "the glamor girl Who'd love to sell her soul."
Then the verse talk about unfortunate deaths, important to the singer but not really heroes either. Not sure which group they're intended to fall into. |
