this song is about Jerry Finn, and when he was a kid he really liked the girl called Holly. And one day she called him over to her house. So he got on his bike, and rode as fast as he could and when he got to Holly's house she & her friend jumped up and soaked him with a hose. He was dissapointed and sad, so he rode home cold, wet, lonely and dissapointed. Holly's looking dry, looking for an easy target means she hasn't splashed anyone with a hose, and the ammo means the hose, caution on the rode means Jerry should be cautious when riding, and he's also the Easy target.
