Tori Amos – Mother Lyrics

I think it's about a girl who's getting married (he's gonna change my name), and the part about the dancing, I think, is about her time as a free woman. She still wants to be able to do things on her own. (mother, the car is here) is how it's time for her to leave home. "Here here here now don't cry
You raised your hand for the assignment" is about how the girl agreed to get married and there's no going about. But that's just my opinion. |

Tori Amos – Silent All These Years Lyrics

Hasn't anybody noticed how in the second line it says "my DOG won't bite if you sit real still". DOG is GOD spelled backwards, so I guess that line is about how your religion can help you as long as you behave and don't sin. |

Aqua – Barbie Girl Lyrics

how can people hate this song? sure, it can be annoying, but come on! the mattel company (creators of barbie) tried to sue aqua for this song, but fortunately lost. this song is a mocking of barbie. that's all! it's just pure fun. the video is hilarious as well. lighten up people; not all music is meant to be taken seriously. |
