This song isn't about a bad relationship to me. It seems more like the story of a guy unenable to get off a girl and who keeps on waiting eternally and when he sings this song he decides to move on."You could be waiting for your life to begin"=>or start your life right now by moving on to something else."And it's so sad,/You're so good and I'm so bad!"=>you dont like me cuz Ive got plenty of failings and and of course you are perfect! too bad for you, you dont know what your missing."But you won't see me wasting the best thing I've ever had!"=>you dont like who I am,well Im not gonna change for you cuz I like myself. So have a nice life being so narrow-minded! Youre missing the best you could have.
Well that's what this song means to me.And that's why I love it so much. I was exactly in the same situation as that guy, and after listening to this song 3 times I totally moved on to something else, and now I feel sorry for that girl.. so sad!..Nine days is a great band,so how come they're so unknown? |

Eagles' version was good but listening to this one is nicer. By the way if anybody could tell me how to play it on the piano I'd be so so thankful.. impossible to find it on the net. |
